The York Daily Record reports there was a wild fight outside a Red Lobster restaurant in East York, New York, on Mother’s Day (May 11).
An unidentified bystander filmed as Red Lobster employees forcefully removed a female customer from the restaurant.
The customer cursed and demanded a refund several times and, then swung at an employee.
The police were called to the scene, which reportedly included a line of people waiting to order some artery-clogging fried fish to go.
Springettsbury Township Police Lt. Tony Beam spoke to the angry customer, a woman in a green sweatshirt:
She was upset because her food wasn’t ready. She wanted her money refunded. That restaurant’s closed; you’re not allowed in there. My understanding is all food is brought outside of the building.
