Hundreds of Black Lives Matters protesters marched in Minneapolis on August 1 after police body camera footage was released in the police-shooting of Thurman Blevins.
The protesters caused delays for trains and some buses. They were upset that Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman did not charge the two officers involved in the shooting.
An unidentified white woman tried walking through a group of protesters, and said, “I just want to go home,” notes KMSP.
The woman grabbed a protester’s sign, and the protester punched the woman near her shoulder and in the arms.
A spokesman for Minneapolis police says no formal complaint was made about the incident and no arrests were made.
