White House Staff Are ‘Scared’ of Coronavirus, Pence is Self-Isolating, Trump Won’t Wear Mask

White House correspondent Kristin Holmes said that White House staffers are scared and worried about the coronavirus spreading within the White House, after President Donald Trump’s personal valet and Vice President Mike Pence’s press secretary Katie Miller both came down with COVID-19.

Three sources told Bloomberg that Vice President Mike Pence is self-isolating staying at his home at the U.S. Naval Observatory in Washington, following Miller’s diagnosis of Covid-19 on May 8.

Miller is the primary spokeswoman for the White House coronavirus task force, whihc Pence heads. There are now worries that heads of medical agencies have been exposed to COVID-19.

CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield, Dr. Anthony Fauci and FDA Director Stephen Hahn have all gone into one form of quarantine over possible exposure to the infected valet and Miller, notes CNN.

Trump, however, is still refusing to wear a mask during meetings inside the White House.
