Virginia Police Claim Woman ‘Contorted’ Her Body, Shot Herself In Mouth While Handcuffed
Police and a medical examiner in Chesapeake, Virginia are claiming that a 19-year-old woman died by shooting herself through the mouth while she was handcuffed by police during a traffic stop on July 25, 2018 (video below).
Sarah Wilson was the passenger of a 1996 Lexus driven by her boyfriend, 27-year-old Holden Medlin., who was pulled over.
Chesapeake Police Department Spokesman Leo Kosinski said in August 2018 that Wilson was handcuffed with her arms behind her back when she got the gun out of the Lexus, “contorted” her body and shot herself in the head, notes WAVY.
Kosinski recently claimed an officer tried to handcuff Medlin who struggled; a second cop left Wilson by the car to help, and that’s when “during the struggle, the body cam gets knocked off, hits the ground, goes offline.”
Wilson’s mother, Dawn, hired attorney Jennifer Langley to represent her.
