Trump Wants Vote On Unpopular GOP Tax Reform Bill Before Doug Jones Is Sworn In

President Donald Trump said he wants a vote on the unpopular GOP Tax Reform bill, which gives massive tax beaks to the wealthy on the backs of the poor and middle-class, before Democratic Sen.-Elect Doug Jones of Alabama is sworn into office.

Trump told reporters that he would have rather seen Republican U.S. Senate candidate Roy Moore, an accused child molester, win over Jones:

I wish we would have gotten the seat. A lot of Republicans feel differently, they’re very happy with the way it turned out. But as the leader of the party, I would have liked to have had the seat.. It’s very, very, very important to get this vote.
