Trump Tells ‘Pocahontas’ Joke While Honoring Native Americans

President Donald Trump made a “Pocahontas” joke while honoring Native American code talkers who fought in World War II.

Instead of allowing the Native Americans their few moments of praise  Trump jokingly called Democratic  Sen. Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts  “Pocahontas”:

And I just want to thank you because you’re very, very special people. You were here long before any of us were here, although we have a representative in Congress who they say was here a long time ago, they call her Pocahontas. But you know what I like you.

CNN host Brooke Baldwin was shocked by Trump’s remark and horrible riming (video below):

He’s made cracks about the Democratic senator of Massachusetts, Elizabeth Warren, “Pocahontas,” a couple of different times. apparently, he makes the crack again. Keep in mind who is in the room: Native Americans. And the color that we have from within the room was that there was just a long, awkward silence.

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Slanders defended Trump’s racial slur during a briefing (video below).
