Trump Supporter is Filmed Shooting Anti-Racist Protester in New Mexico
A newly-uploaded Facebook video (CLICK THE LINK TO WATCH) purportedly shows a Trump supporter (wearing blue) shooting an anti-racist protester, Scott Williams, during a fight in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on June 15 (MORE VIDEO BELOW).
KUNM reports that police charged Steven Ray Baca with aggravated battery and took several militia men (who reportedly protected Baca) into custody for questioning. Williams is in critical condition, but is expected to survive.
The incident reportedly began when a few hundred anti-racist protesters tried to remove a statue of Juan de Oñate, a 16th-century Spaniard known for his brutality against Native Americans.
A video posted on Twitter purportedly showed Baca (wearing a blue shirt) wading into a crowd and slamming a woman to the ground.

According to multiple videos and eyewitness accounts, Baca ran off, but was hit with a skateboard. Baca allegedly sprayed pepper spray in another woman’s face, and someone else tackled him.
Baca then allegedly fired a gun several times, wounding Williams in the back and near his shoulder.
Several militiamen reportedly formed a ring around Baca as he sat on the ground using his phone.
