Tom Arnold Claims Michael Cohen Agreed To Help Him Bring Down Trump
Comedian Tom Arnold claims that President Donald Trump’s ex-personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, is working with him to bring down Trump on Arnold’s new TV show, “The Hunt for the Trump Tapes,” on Vice.
Arnold tweeted a photo of himself with Cohen on June 21 with the caption “I Love New York.” Cohen retweeted it without comment.
Arnold told NBC News about the new partnership:
We’ve been on the other side of the table and now we’re on the same side. It’s on! I hope he [Trump] sees the picture of me and Michael Cohen and it haunts his dreams.
Arnold said was in New York taping interviews for the Vice show when he met with Cohen at a hotel in Manhattan.
A Vice producer said Cohen hasn’t done an on-camera interview, but they are “still working it.”
Arnold did not say if Cohen is planning to give him any tapes of conversations with Trump, but added:
This dude has all the tapes — this dude has everything.
I say to Michael, “Guess what? We’re taking Trump down together, and he’s so tired he’s like, ‘OK,’ and his wife is like, ‘OK, f*** Trump.”
Michael Cohen showed up and worked diligently above and beyond and sacrificed and Donald Trump is like ‘I don’t even know who he is.” You think Michael doesn’t notice that?
