Sylvester Stallone Was Accused Of Sexually Assaulting 16-Year-Old Girl: Police Report
The Daily Mail has unearthed a police report that shows Sylvester Stallone and his bodyguard Michael “Mike” De Luca were accused sexual assault by a 16-year-old girl in 1986 in Las Vegas.
The teen told police at the time that Stallone, then 40 years old, “intimidated” her into having sex with him and De Luca at the Las Vegas Hilton hotel.
The girl was reportedly given a key to Stallone’s hotel room by DeLuca even though Stallone knew she was 16 years old. Stallone allegedly asked her “how she got such a build” when she requested an autograph while he was filming “Over The Top.”
The girl went up to the hotel room where Stallone and DeLuca were. The police report notes the teen and Stallone began having sex while DeLuca was in the bathroom.
The teen told police that she and Stallone ‘really didn’t have sex’ because Stallone only inserted his penis “a little ways” inside her and “only kept it in for a few seconds.”
According to police report, Stallone told the teen that she was “very tight” and asked her if she ever had sex with two men at the same time.
After the teen said she had not, Stallone brought De Luca into the bedroom and asked him if he wanted a “blow job” from the teen. De Luca “forced her head down onto his penis,” the police report states.
The teen said De Luca forced her to perform oral sex, and then “came around and had vaginal sex with her.”
Stallone allegedly “came over to her and pushed her head down onto his penis and made her give him a blow job.”
The teen told the police that neither man ejaculated, but Stallone asked her if she “wanted to see come” and then he ejaculated in front of her.
The police report said that after the teen got dressed “Stallone made the comment that they were both married men and that she could not tell anybody about the incident and if she did, that they would have to beat her head in.”
The police report added: “She indicated that if the sexual encounter had only been with Stallone, she would not pursue this matter, but due to the fact that Mike, the bodyguard became involved in the sexual incident, she didn’t know what she wanted to do.”
Police noted that when De Luca became involved in the sex “she became very uncomfortable with the situation. She states she did not want to have any type of sexual contact with the bodyguard, but felt she had no choice in the matter. She states there was no actual physical force, but she did feel intimidated.”
When asked if she wanted to pursue charges against Stallone and De Luca, the girl told police: “I’m humiliated and ashamed, but I don’t want to prosecute. I’m kind of scared and I’m very ashamed. I don’t want anybody else to have that happen to them, but I don’t want to prosecute. I cannot talk about this anymore, please leave me alone.”
Retired Las Vegas metro police department detective sergeant John Samolovitch told the Daily Mail “the copy of the police report is in fact a true copy of the original report.”
Stallone’s representative has not commented.
De Luca was shot and killed by California police during a traffic stop in 2013.
