Surveillance video of the murder and robbery of Rapper XXXTentacion was released by prosecutors during a hearing of one of the shooting suspects, Robert Allen, in a court in Broward County, Florida, on June 18.
The video shows a man — allegedly Allen — walking past XXXTentacion at RIVA Motorsports in Deerfield Beach, and then returning to a SUV.
WPLG reports that Allen’s lawyer argued that a bond should be set because Allen never got out of the SUV and didn’t fire the gun, but Judge Michael Usan ruled that Allen should stay in jail.
On the video, two other men, carrying guns — allegedly Michael Boatwright and Trayvon Newsome — get out of the SUV, and approach XXXTentacion’s vehicle.
One of the men goes to the passenger’s side and grabs a Louis Vuitton bag while the other man opens fire.
Allen, Boatwright, Newsome and a fourth suspect, Dedrick Williams allegedly escaped with $50,000 in cash; all four are being held without bond.
