A high school student reportedly made sugar cookies mixed with a grandparent’s remains and gave them to unknowing classmates at DaVinci Charter Academy in Davis, California.
Davis Police Lt. Paul Doroshov told KOVR that the cookies were fed to at least nine students:
I have not heard of anyone getting sick or anybody being harmed as far as physically, physiologically by this.
Lt. Doroshov said police are investigating two high-school students who may have been part of the dark plan:
This is so unconventional, it would take more research.
The Davis Joint Union School District issued a statement:
This case has been particularly challenging and we have responded appropriately and in the most respectful and dignified way possible.
