Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) went on a profane rant against his neighbors — one of whom leaked his Mexico vacation travel plans (during the Texas snow storm) to The New York Times — during an angry interview on the “Ruthless Podcast” hosted by former Mitch McConnell campaign manager Josh Holmes (AUDIO BELOW):
Here’s a suggestion just don’t be *ssholes. Yeah, like just you know treat each other as human beings have some degree, some modicum of respect.
Cruz also whined to Fox News host Sean Hannity on Feb. 22 about the media covering his trip to Mexico during the Texas snow storm.
Hannity tried to pretend Cruz was dropping off his daughters in Mexico and returning, when Cruz really rushed back to Texas AFTER being caught:
You dropped off your daughters in Mexico, you came home in a day, probably less than a day. You’re [in the news] like 24/7, because you dropped somebody off and you came back home. I still think you can be a father and senator at the same time.
Cruz responded with his persecution-by-the-media routine, and pretended he was just taking his kids to the beach:
I think the media is suffering from Trump withdrawal, where they’ve attacked Trump every day for four years, they don’t know what to do, so they obsessed over my taking my girls to the beach.
