Sarah Huckabee Sanders Lies About Judge’s Ruling On Jim Acosta
White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders falsely claimed that Judge Timothy Kelly “made clear that there is no absolute First Amendment right to access the White House” in his ruling for CNN reporter Jim Acosta.

Buzzfeed News reporter Paul McLeod noted that the judge said Acosta was not give due process:
Judge is explaining that the White House did not provide due process. He describes the process as “so shrouded in mystery that the government could not tell me…. who made the decision.”
