Ruth Bader Ginsburg Casts Deciding Vote Against Trump’s New Rules Blocking Asylum From Her Hospital Bed
Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg cast the deciding vote in a 5-4 decision to reject President Donald Trump’s request to block a trial judge’s order that blocked Trump’s new rule on restricting asylum claims at border (video below).
