President Donald Trump and his family were rushed to an underground bunker as George Lloyd protesters surrounded the White House on May 29, reports the New York Times:

Trump and his family have been rattled by protests that turned violent two nights in a row near the Executive Mansion.

Trump’s aides urged him to stay off Twitter, but Trump tweeted non-sensical attacks against Democrats.

Trump’s campaign advisers recommended that he deliver a speech on television, but he refused.
