Rapper, 12, Arrested After Allegedly Selling His CDs In Mall

Corey Jackson, a 12-year-old rapper who goes by the name of “Lil C Note,” appeared in court in Cobb County, Georgia to face an obstruction felony charge, stemming from an incident in October 2018.

Corey was in the food court at the Cumberland Mall in when a cop threatened him with arrest for allegedly selling his CDs to willing customers.

The cop refused to speak to Corey’s father, a struggle ensued and the dad’s camera fell to the ground.

Corey’s lawyer Mawuli Davis told WGCL:

When he was there, he was not selling any c.d.s or doing anything that would have been prohibited he was there meeting other artists.
