Poll: Most White Evangelicals Still Support Trump After 400,000 COVID-19 Deaths and 30,000 Lies
A new poll by PPRI has found that only 31% of Americans see former President Trump favorably, but 62% of white evangelicals view Trump favorably despite 400,000 deaths from COVID-19, two impeachments and over 30,000 lies.
The poll also found that 72% of Republicans still view Trump favorably, a 13 percent drop since November when 85% viewed him favorably. Only 28% of independents view Trump favorably, while 5% of Democrats see Trump positively.
