Poll: 3 Percent Believe Trump Was Reelected, Truckers Threaten Strike Against Biden’s Clean Energy Plan
A new Reuters/Ipsos poll has found that 79 Percent of Americans believe Joe Biden won the presidential election, while 3 percent think President Donald Trump won.
Amazingly, 13 percent said the election has not been decided, while 5 percent said they do not know.
Edison Research, which conducts exit polling major media outlets, notes that Biden won 279 electoral votes, passing the 270 threshold, while Trump had 214, reports Reuters.
Meanwhile, a private Facebook group of truckers, Stop the Tires 2020, has called for a shutdown on Veterans Day, Nov. 11, to protest the policies of president-elect Joe Biden.
The group’s Facebook page (54,000 members as of today) claims that they are a “banded group of brothers and sisters to show America who runs the country.”
The Facebook page was created on Nov. 6 by Jeremy Rewoldt who declared in a Nov. 7 post that he opposes green clean energy (which powers many developed countries), but supports pollutants such as oil and natural gas (fracking), notes The Trucker:
We will not participate in the leftist, Biden/Harris Green New Deal. We do not support the banning of fracking. The United States of America operates as a capitalistic economy and OIL is the fuel she survives on.
