Pennsylvania State Trooper Punches Handcuffed Teen In Face, Then Plays The Victim

A Pennsylvania state trooper was filmed punching a handcuffed 14-year-old boy, Preston Weakland, in the face, and then played the victim, in Altoona, Pennsylvania on June 6.

The boy’s father, Joseph Weakland, filmed the incident and posted it on Facebook.

After Preston was handcuffed, a friend asked the troopers: “Why did you guys handcuff him?”

Preston replied: “Because he’s a pussy.”

The trooper became unhinged and grabbed Preston by the collar under the false pretense of not hearing Preston: “What did you say? What did you say?”

Preston replied: “Don’t get in my face like that.”

The enraged trooper then punched Preston in the face, and pretended he was the victim: “Don’t f*cking hit me!”

“I didn’t hit you,” Preston confirmed.

The trooper replied: “Congratulations, you just got a felony.”
