A couple allegedly waved a gun at protesters during a peaceful Black Lives Matter rally in Kinderhook, New York on July 11.
Hudson Mayor Kamal Johnson — who photographed the couple and then filmed state police officers arresting them — said a man came out of a home, yelled obscenities, told his wife to “get my gun,” she ran inside, and came out waving a gun, reports WNYT.
Johnson recalled that state police officers followed the woman into the home, came out with a gun, but did not handcuff the couple or explain if they were being criminally charged.
