Newly-released video evidence shows the moments that led up to the deaths of two black men in 2019 in Oklahoma and Texas. (MORE VIDEO BELOW).
KFOR notes new video has been released from the police killing of another black man, Derrick Scott, on May 20, 2019 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The incident began with someone calling 9-1-1 to say that Scot had a gun.
The video shows Scott running from officers trying to arrest him. When they catch Scott, he tells officers he had been smoking PCP and cannot breathe. One officer said, “I don’t care.” He died soon after.

Records obtained by the KVUE Defenders and the Austin American-Statesman reveal that deputies used Taser stun guns on him at least three times, even as he told them multiple times that he had a heart condition and could not breathe.
