A monkey escaped at the San Antonio International Airport in Texas for nearly two hours.
The rhesus macaque was flown in on an American Airlines flight from Brown University, notes KSAT.
The monkey somehow escaped his cage while being transported to the Born Free USA Primate Sanctuary in La Salle County.
After about two hours of monkey business, the simian was tranquilized and placed back in his cage.
San Antonio International Airport spokesperson Rich Stinson said the airport is only one of four airports with a wildlife biologist on staff.
