Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens Arrested, Charged With Felony Invasion Of Privacy

Republican Gov. Eric Greitens of Missouri was arrested and charged with felony invasion of privacy in St. Louis.

St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly M. Gardner’s office confirmed Greitens was booked at the St. Louis Justice Center, notes the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

The ex-husband — of a woman with whom Greitens had an affair — gave an audio recording to KMOV of his ex-wife confessing the affair and accusing Greitens of threatening to blackmail her with a nude picture that Greitens had taken, reports The Kansas City Star.

The ex-wife’s confession was reportedly recorded without her knowledge by her ex and released to KMOV without her consent.
