Michigan Police Arrest Good Samaritans Who Gave Bus Passes To Homeless People In Frigid Cold

Video has surfaced of police arresting Julia Miller and Martin Mashon who were peacefully passing out bus tokens to homeless people in frigid cold temperatures on Jan. 24 in Lansing, Michigan.

Police escalated the situation after Miller and Mashon dared to after the pair questioned the police and a security guard who were discussing removing a group of homeless people from the station, reports

Police officers demanded that Miller and Mashon show identification for no actual reason. Miller and Mashon declined, and the cops arrested them for trespassing; Mashon was also charged for resisting arrest.
