Sean Ruis reportedly stabbed a 77-year-old man inside a convenience store in Dimondale, Michigan, after the senior asked Ruis to put on a COVID-19 safety mask, per the store rules, on July 14. (MORE VIDEO BELOW).
Ruis was later pulled over by an Eaton County Sheriff’s Office deputy who told him to drop his knife. He appeared to attack the deputy, and she fatally shot him in Delta Township, reports WDIV.
The 77-year-old victim was rushed to a hospital where he underwent surgery, and is expected to survive.
