President Donald Trump’s former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn is reportedly going to testify against Trump and his family in the Russia-Trump campaign probe run by Special Counsel Robert Mueller.
According to ABC News, Flynn has agreed to “fully cooperate” with Mueller and is “prepared to testify… against President Trump, against members of the Trump family and others in the White House.”
A source told ABC News that Flynn will tell Mueller that then-candidate Trump told him to make “direct contact” with the Russian government to help his campaign, which would be a violation of U.S. law.
Flynn reportedly decided to cooperate with Mueller because of his “financial problems” tied to legal bills related to the Russia probe.
