Kyle Rittenhouse was arrested in Antioch, Illinois, after he allegedly killed two people in Kenosha, Wisconsin, on Aug. 25 (MORE VIDEO BELOW).
Rittenhouse reportedly opened fire with a rifle, got knocked down and then calmly walked toward police with his hands raised in surrender in a video posted by CNN contributor Keith Boykin.
However, not one cop apprehended Rittenhouse, who then fled the state and was considered a fugitive.
USA TODAY journalist Nick Penzenstadler tweeted that was Rittenhouse was finally apprehended in Illinois.

Gun safety activist Shannon Watts tweeted a video of police thanking armed insurrectionists and giving them water moments before the shooting began.
