George Zimmerman Accused Of Threatening Beyoncé And Jay-Z Over Trayvon Martin Documentary: Report
George Zimmerman allegedly threatened Beyoncé and Jay-Z during the filming of “Rest in Power: The Trayvon Martin Story,” a six-part documentary series that Jay-Z co-executive produced (video below).
The Blast said it has obtained texts were from Zimmerman to Dennis Warren, a private investigator who tracked down participants for the Paramount Network series:
Warren allegedly received hundreds of harassing messages and voicemails from Zimmerman, who was acquitted in the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.
Zimmerman was charged with stalking and harassing Warren in May.
Warren recently fought a subpoena by Zimmerman which demanded the records of his investigation.
Warren claimed that the information could put several participants at serious risk.
Zimmerman allegedly sent similar texts to Michael Gasparro, who executive produced the series with Jay-Z.
Zimmerman alleged text messaged Gasparro with Gasparro’s address and told him members of the Genovese mafia crime family were looking for him.
