Former Trump Aide Hope Hicks To Head Communications For Parent Company Of Fox News

Former White House communications director Hope Hicks has been named the head of corporate communications for New Fox, the parent company of 21st Century Fox television stations, including Fox News, reports Variety.

Hicks Hicks resigned as White House communications director 24 hours after she testified before the House Intelligence Committee about Russian collusion with the Trump campaign in 2016, noted The New York Times.

Hicks — who got her big break doing PR for the Ivanka Trump Collection — refused to answer questions about her role in issuing a misleading statement about the Trump Tower meeting with Russian operatives in June 2016, reported CNN’s Manu Raju.
