The FBI says 22-year-old Brian Isaack Clyde was killed in a shootout after opening fire in downtown Dallas, Texas, notes the Dallas Morning News.
Clyde, who wore a bulletproof vest and tactical gear as he carried out the shooting, posted a cryptic video last week on his Facebook page that showed him holding up a rifle and warning people:
I don’t know how much longer I have, but a f*cking storm is coming. However, not without defense. I’m fcking ready, let’s do it.
Clyde’s Facebook page featured numerous posts of guns, ammunition and other weapons, such as a sword. Clyde and indicated on Facebook that he was a U.S. Army infantry veteran and fan of conspiracy theorist Alex Jones.
