Christian singer and political activist Sean Feucht held large events in Portland, Oregon on Aug. 8. and Seattle, Washington on Aug. 9 (MORE VIDEO BELOW).
Most of the attendees at Feucht’s “Riots to Revival” at Portland’s Waterfront Park did not wear masks, and told KWG-TV they were not worried about COVID-19, despite record-setting coronavirus cases and deaths across the country:
My faith is in God. Not fear of [COVID-19]. I’m good.
Most of us are just here for this and then we’re leaving. So, I don’t think it is going to have an impact on Portland. But I don’t know. I’m not a scientist.
We’re not big mask people so it doesn’t bother us.
KGW-TV noted how the event violated COVID-19 guidelines: “State rules clearly note faith gatherings are capped at 50 people with physical distancing for indoors and outdoors. The event at Waterfront Park was obviously in violation.”

KING reports that Feucht’s event in Seattle drew hundreds to Cal Anderson Park where most of the people “were not wearing masks or social distancing.”
That event violated Washington State’s COVID-19 rule that limits religious gatherings to 50 people.
Agnes Zablocka, who attended with her husband and two daughters, told KING that they had masks, but were not wearing them:
From riots to revival. So, from something that is evil to something that is good. We are not afraid of this virus and we care for people, but we came to just pray.
Feucht told Fox News on Aug. 9 how great the Portland show was, but didn’t mention how people risked their health to attend.
Feucht had a completely different view of the Seattle show on Instagram.
