Black Family Called N-Word By White Family At Luxury Resort, Facebook Tries To Censor

Dr. Covey Banks and her family were called the N-word by a white family at the ChampionsGate swimming pool at the Omni Orlando Resort in Florida on May 26.

Banks posted a video of the incident on Facebook, but the video was censored by Facebook because it was “hate speech.” Fortunately, Splinter uploaded the video on their Facebook page so that the truth could come out.

The Atlanta Black Star notes the incident began when the “white woman instructed her young daughter to pee in the pool as they swam.”

Banks wrote on Facebook:

The little girl was crying and begging her mother to take her to the bathroom. The mom started looking around we presumed for the bathroom, and we pointed it out to her … She started yelling “you don’t know what MY daughter is saying,” “I’m taking her to the bathroom,” “I was not telling her to pee in the pool (guilty conscience), etc.”

The white woman reportedly took her child to the bathroom, but returned and her kids intentionally splashed the black family by doing cannonball dives.

Unable to get a rise out of the black family, the white family reportedly started dropping the N-word and profanities, which were filmed by Banks.
