Bill Cosby Sentenced To 3 To 10 Years In Prison, Cosby Spokesman Claims Cosby and Kavanaugh Are Victims Of ‘Sex War’

‘America’s dad” Bill Cosby was sentenced to three to 10 years in prison by Judge Steven O’Neill in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania (video below).

Outisde the court, Cosby’s publicist, Andrew Wyatt, claimed that Cosby and Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh are victims of “a sex war” that is “going on in Washington today.”

The 81-year-old comedian was convicted in April of aggravated indecent assault for drugging and assaulting Andrea Constand in his Pennsylvania home in 2004.

O’Neill lectured Cosby in court, notes CNN:

This was a serious crime. Mr. Cosby this has all circled back to you. The day has come, the time has come.

O’Neill also ruled Cosby to be a “sexually violent predator,” reports CBS News.

Cosby’s lawyers had asked for house arrest while they appeal his convictions.
