Anthony Bourdain Took Chantix, Side Effects Include Suicidal Thoughts
CNN personalty Anthony Bourdain was taking the smoking cessation prescription drug Chantix as far back as 2012.
Mediaite.com notes one of the known side effects of Chantix is suicidal thoughts:
Well anyone who watches a fair share of cable news and has seen the fairly ubiquitous Chantix marketing campaign, a drug for which a known side effect has been suicidal thoughts.
Bourdain tweeted back in 2012 that he was taking Chantix, but it’s not known if he was taking the drug when he killed himself on June 8, 2018:
