Angry Gun Owners Shoot Their $300 Yeti Coolers After Yeti Cuts Ties With NRA

Angry gun owners are filming themselves shooting up their Yeti coolers ($250-$350) and posting the videos on YouTube to protest Yeti for cutting ties with the NRA, a lobbying group for gun manufacturers (more videos below).

The stunt is called the #YetiCoolerChallenge.

In one video (above), YouTube user Camo4x4s shot a Yeti cooler that was rigged with a Tannerite target that explodes when shot.

After the cooler blows up, two young women mechanically say: “Yeti does not support the NRA so we do not support Yeti.”
